FIPAN 2017 will feature confectioner space

Fipan (International Fair of Baking, Confectionery and Independent Food Retail) innovates once again and offers new attractions and lots of content to visitors. “For years we have made our fair more attractive with lectures and simultaneous courses. And this year in particular, in addition to the Fipan Pizza Roldão Space, we will have the Confeiteiro Arena, with demonstrations, courses and lectures, “says Antero José Pereira, president of the organizers of the event.

In both arenas there will be demonstrations of chefs pizzaiolos and famous chefs confetti. “In the FIPAN Pizza Roldão Space, which will occupy 900 m2, being 600 of them in built area, there will be arena for performances, lecture grid and demonstrations of new flavors of pizza,” he continues. The main focus of Espaço Fipan Pizza Roldão is to assist the development of the pizzeria sector, bringing together exhibiting companies linked to the sector that will bring to the public exclusive content, as well as gathering the best pizzaiolos in Brazil.

The Confeiteiro Arena will present demonstrations and trends and, most importantly, it is the only event destined to Brazilian confectionery. “It will be 500 m2 divided into four auditoriums for 30 people and an arena for presentations and performances. Lectures, courses, and many activities with public interaction, such as the Chef’s Challenge “, comments Antero. Chefs Luiz Farias, Ricardo Campos, Rapha Barros, Fernando Oliveira and Renata Araciro are already confirmed.

During every fair day, visitors will be able to participate in courses sponsored by the exhibitors of Fipan 2017, in addition to the lectures that will be given by Fiesp, Senac and IDPC, the technical school of baking and confectionery maintained by Sampapão that qualifies labor for the Market in São Paulo and Brazil. “Our fair is considered to be the fifth largest sectorized fair in the world and 57% of the visiting public is made up of owners, directors or establishment managers.
